Cinco De Mayo

Did you know that Cinco De Mayo is not actually Mexican Independence Day? No, that is celebrated on September 16. Cinco De Mayo is actually the date of the Battle of Puebla. Furthermore, it is a far more significant holiday in the United States than in Mexico. In the United States we use it as an exuse to eat Mexican food and drink Margaritas. As if, we needed an exuse.

Happy Cinco De Mayo!!!
